"Jungle Fortress 104"


In this Picasa Experiment a small detail from Mary Stebbins Taitt's Lighthouse underwent a transformation in its digital state, with the result you see here.

The three-dimensional illusion is a product of using soft focus around a central point...trial and error.

I'm going to have to try that. May I say that it makes me think of Tarzan? Better camouflage than his movie tree house.

Things like this are sort of "playtime in the workshop". No great meaning, but sometimes a challenge to see how far you can go with detail and effects.

When I first looked at it, I saw an upside down face with sunglasses. Did I mention I was dyslexic :]. It's the top of the lighthouse, isn't it?

Yes, that's right, Blue. Just the area of the light itself. The railing degenerated into little black lines and dashes when it was blown up so much.
